Personalised name necklaces are handmade to order as one-off personal custom necklaces. Each name necklace is handmade from our selection of fonts or any other font, your signature or logo as required. The precious metals include 1.5mm thick sterling silver, 1.2mm thick 9ct yellow gold, white or rose gold and 1mm thick 18k yellow gold.
 
Prices will vary depending on the metal type and size of the name necklace selected. The linked chain lengths available are 16 or 18" at no extra cost.
 
NOTE: If you would like a special icon or symbol added to the name, for example, maybe you want a heart or star then please leave a note in the comments box.
 
Quotes are provided for personalised name necklaces over 55mm in length. Please get in touch for a quote at hello@thomasnayler.co.uk
 
NOTE: All name necklaces are handmade to order; we will email you an actual-size design proof to approve prior to hand-making based on the size you require. The size brackets given are based on length, necklaces may vary in height as each name has letters with different proportions and styles.

We offer a standard flat rate Postage & Packaging fee on all personalised name necklaces, This means you won't pay extra for multiple orders placed at the same time. Name necklaces are dispatched in the UK by Royal Mail next-day special delivery services.

UK DELIVERY FEE: £15 plus VAT is charged as a flat rate, this includes a gift box, jiffy bag and admin.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY FEE: £25 flat rate (NO VAT).

Personalised name necklaces are handmade to order only after you have placed an order online or paid by BACS transfer. Delivery times may vary depending on our work-load & the time of year as indicated below.

Note: If you need us to meet a tight deadline please email us prior to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate.

Standard lead times for UK deliveries are as follows:

Name necklaces can take between 7 – 21 days to hand-make depending on the quantity ordered. We use Royal Mail special delivery for insurance purposes.

EU & International delivery

Delivery times vary from country to country, however as a guide, you can typically add an extra 3 – 5 working days to the delivery days stated above to calculate the shipping time frame. You will receive an email with a Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched.

Cautionary NOTE – Shipments outside of the UK may experience some delays due to COVID restrictions and customs clearance, which are beyond our control.
