- For wholesale merchandise, custom clothing and branded corporate jewellery, you have the option to place your orders online next to the relevant product type then email us your own design to be applied to that product, if you require larger quantities or sizes than stated or need a unique promotional product manufactured please email us sales@bespokelogos.co.uk
- We will provide you with a quote based on the above. Generic pin badge samples can be posted free of charge.
- If you are happy with the quote provided we will prepare some design proofs for you to approve prior to manufacturing your bespoke merch.
- Once you have approved the design/s we will raise an invoice and start production once you have processed your payment in full. For large promotional product orders, you may pay a 75% deposit and the remaining 25% prior to delivery.
- NOTE: Due to the nature of our bespoke manufacturing services we do need a payment in advance to fund your individual project.
- Physical sample products custom made with your own design/s can be produced prior to full production if required, prices for jewellery, merchandise and clothing samples are given on request as each product is unique.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
You are encouraged to familiarise yourself with your rights contained within the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or another payment method (s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. You expressly agree that Bespoke Logos cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. You expressly agree that any such offer of a product or service does not constitute a legal offer capable of attracting legal consequences. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. Complaints under the Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1988, and European Commerce Directive 2000 If you wish to make a complaint/request that certain material is taken down, please send a request in writing to our office via the Bespoke Logos website. We, Bespoke Logos, are committed to ensuring that the material displayed on our Service is lawful and in accordance with our UK and EU Copyright Law.
To help us deal with your complaint as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your correspondence and mark it as “URGENT”: Your contact details – including your name, email address and daytime telephone number. Identify the material in question – please include sufficient detail to enable us to identify the material complained of. The reasons for your objection. We will review each objection on its merits and pending our inquiries, may remove or disable access to the relevant material from our Service.

We offer a standard flat rate Postage & Packaging fee on all bespoke products we sell, this means you won’t pay extra for bulk wholesale order deliveries. We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Track & Sign, Parcelforce Global Express & UPS courier services. We ship within the UK using Royal Mail next day Special Delivery services. All delivery charges stated below include shipping insurance.

Despatch
Once your merchandise, jewellery or apparel has been custom made you will be sent an email from us informing you of the despatch date. (We do not dispatch orders outside business hours or on Bank Holidays). All bespoke jewellery, custom apparel and merchandise is handcrafted or printed to order, we will despatch goods as soon as they have been made.
We will always let you know the probable date of despatch so that you can check that this is okay for you. If you require your order urgently or for a special date, please make sure you let us know by writing this in the order form when making your initial enquiry prior to purchasing. Alternatively, you can phone our London office on +44 (0) 845 269 8579 / +44 (0)7786 990 765 Monday to Saturday, 8 am – 8 pm or email sales@bespokelogos.co.uk to discuss your special requirements.
We will always do what we can if there is a special date that you need your order by. If we have to put other orders aside for yours, we may have to charge a fast track surcharge. This is only on a case by case basis and depends on the time of year or how busy we are at the time you first enquire. The despatch of all orders is subject to payment authorization. A BACS or Card payment must be processed in full prior to us making all goods, this allows us to fund your individual project. You will receive an invoice by email for your order in GBP.
European Deliveries
Delivery times vary from country to country, however as a guide, you can typically add an extra 3 – 5 working days to the UK delivery days stated above to calculate the shipping time frame. You will receive an email with a Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched.
International Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail International Track & Sign For delivery. If your countries postal service finds no one available to sign for the delivery on their first attempt, they will either leave a card notifying you of this with instructions on how to proceed or attempt a second delivery on the next business day. Time scales for delivery outside the UK vary from country to country. We will inform you of the despatch date when we have processed your order, and when ready to despatch we will email you a tracking number. If you need your order quickly on a specific day, please opt for the Courier Service.
For orders outside the European Union
For international delivery time frames please add an extra 5 – 7 working days to the UK delivery days, not including unforeseen delays. Delays may be incurred as items go through your country’s Customs and Excise and you will be liable for any local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase. This is completely out of our control. For USA customers, if you do get charged customs fees please follow the instructions on the card you receive with delivery. COVID restrictions
Cautionary NOTE – Shipments outside of the UK may experience some delays due to COVID Restrictions and Customs Clearance, which are beyond our control.
