Bespoke Wood Coasters

Our bespoke promotional hardwood coasters are fully printed edge to edge on one side with your own design for maximum impact. The all-over printed coasters are printed-on-demand in the UK with eco-friendly dye-sublimation printing and finished with a durable clear glossy varnish to protect the print.

Note: The prices given are for quantities of the same design only. If you want to have different designs printed, you’ll need to treat these as a separate order. If you would like to mix and match coaster shapes using the same design please contact us at sales@bespokelogos.co.uk Note: When ordering large quantities, you will need to choose to pay by BACS on the checkout page due to capped spending limits on card transactions, we will invoice you. For bespoke Coaster designs or for quotes on larger quantities above 2000 please contact us.

COASTER FEATURES

• Sold in a set of 4 coasters (round or square).
• Each pack of 4 coasters weighs approx 110g (packaged).
• High gloss finish that protects the print from heat and stains
• Coaster Size; 9cm x 9cm

We offer a standard flat rate Postage & Packaging fee on all bespoke printed Coasters which means you won't pay extra for bulk wholesale order deliveries. Coasters are dispatched by courier due to the sheer size.

UK DELIVERY FEE: £25 plus VAT charged as a flat rate.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY FEE: £70 flat rate (NO VAT).

Bespoke promotional Coasters are printed on-demand only after you have placed an order online or paid by BACS transfer. Delivery times may vary depending on our work-load & the time of year as indicated below.

Note: If you need us to meet a tight deadline please email us prior to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate.

Standard lead times for UK deliveries are as follows:

Wholesale Coasters can take between 15 – 20 days to make depending on the quantity ordered. *Delivered by courier.

EU & International delivery

Delivery times vary from country to country, however as a guide, you can typically add an extra 3 – 5 working days to the delivery days stated above to calculate the shipping time frame. You will receive an email with a Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched.

Cautionary NOTE – Shipments outside of the UK may experience some delays due to COVID restrictions and customs clearance, which are beyond our control.
