Bespoke PVC Coasters

Our bespoke promotional PVC rubber coasters can be personalised with your own branding on one side with a maximum of 4 colours.

Note: The prices given are for quantities of the same design only. If you want to have different designs made, you’ll need to treat these as a separate order. If you would like to mix and match coaster shapes using the same design or need a different size please contact us at sales@bespokelogos.co.uk Note: When ordering large quantities, you will need to choose to pay by BACS on the checkout page due to capped spending limits on card transactions, we will invoice you. For bespoke Coaster designs or for quotes on larger quantities above 3000 please contact us.

PVC COASTER FEATURES

• 4mm thick 2D flat coloured PVC rubber
• You can have up to four different colours
• Choice of round or square shapes
• Choice of coaster size ranging from 7cm - 9cm

We offer a standard flat rate Postage & Packaging fee on all bespoke PVC Coasters which means you won't pay extra for bulk wholesale order deliveries. Coasters are dispatched by courier due to the sheer size.

UK DELIVERY FEE: £60 plus VAT charged as a flat rate.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY FEE: £100 flat rate (NO VAT).

Bespoke promotional PVC Coasters are custom made on-demand only after you have placed an order online or paid by BACS transfer. Delivery times may vary depending on our work-load & the time of year as indicated below.

Note: If you need us to meet a tight deadline please email us prior to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate.

Standard lead times for UK deliveries are as follows:

Wholesale PVC Coasters can take between 20 – 25 days to make depending on the quantity ordered. *Delivered by courier.

EU & International delivery

Delivery times vary from country to country, however as a guide, you can typically add an extra 3 – 5 working days to the delivery days stated above to calculate the shipping time frame. You will receive an email with a Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched.

Cautionary NOTE – Shipments outside of the UK may experience some delays due to COVID restrictions and customs clearance, which are beyond our control.
