You can choose between bespoke metal name plaques or double-sided challenge coins, both promotional products are custom made from solid metal with your own company branding or logo design, in the size, colour plating at no extra cost. Note: You are ordering either coins or plaques, to order both products place two orders. Our reversible challenge coins are used for awards or collector's items, whilst our metal plaques can be used for signage on walls, doors or letterboxes as the National Lottery did. NOTE: If you require odd size coins or plaques (33mm or 27mm) please leave a note in the comments box above. To help you decide which size keyring to order we have created a visual comparison chart to proportionality show the differences in some sizes. The sizes may not be 100% accurate due to different computer monitor sizes/resolution settings, it is always best to measure with a ruler. Sizing is always calculated in the widest area of your design.

We offer a standard flat rate Postage & Packaging fee on all bespoke logo jewellery which means you won't pay extra for bulk wholesale order deliveries. Challenge coins and metal plaques are dispatched in the UK by Royal Mail next day special delivery services or UPS courier for international orders.

UK DELIVERY FEE: £15 plus VAT charged as a flat rate for all challenge coin & metal plaque orders.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY FEE: £25 flat rate (NO VAT).

Bespoke challenge coins and metal plaques are made to order only after you have placed an order online or paid by BACS transfer. Delivery times may vary depending on our work-load & the time of year as indicated below.

Note: If you need us to meet a tight deadline please email us prior to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate. We do accept rush orders and can fast track pin badge orders in as little as 12-15 days.

Wholesale branded challenge coins and metal name plaques can take between 12 – 21 days to make depending on the quantity ordered. *Delivered by Royal Mail or UPS.

EU & International delivery

Delivery times vary from country to country, however as a guide, you can typically add an extra 3 – 5 working days to the delivery days stated above to calculate the shipping time frame. You will receive an email with a Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched.
