Bespoke Face Masks

Our bespoke promotional Face Masks are fully printed edge to edge with your own design for maximum brand exposure. Our all-over printed Face Masks are made to order in the UK from two layers of high-quality non-woven fabric for protection and high 95% filtration properties.

Note: The prices given are for quantities of the same design only. If you want to have different designs printed, you’ll need to treat these as a separate order. Note: When ordering large quantities, you will need to choose to pay by BACS on the checkout page due to capped spending limits on card transactions, we will invoice you. FACE MASK FEATURES

• Two Layer Protection (intended for personal use)
• Reusable up to 50 times
• DGA certified material
• Hypoallergenic
• Unisex Adult Size: 18cm x 17cm
• Adjustable earloops for security and comfort
• Edge to edge printed on the front by dye sublimation, the printing is carried out at a high temperature, thereby the eco-friendly water-based ink attaches directly to the material. The ink integrates into the material. The material remains flexible and is waterproof.

FACE MASK TECH SPEC

• Two layers Non-woven fabric 40 gr / 80% Polyester 20% Polyamide.
• First layer Filters at least 95,1% of particles as small as 3 microns. Second layer Filters at least 91,8% of particles as small as 1 micron. Air permeability (in L.m-2.S-1) vacuum 100 Pa - 162 L/m/2/S
• The masks are reusable. They must be machine washed up to 60°C. It is not recommended to use fabric softeners, do not dry them mechanically or on heaters. We recommend washing them before the first use.

We offer a standard flat rate Postage & Packaging fee on all bespoke printed Face Masks which means you won't pay extra for bulk wholesale order deliveries. Face Masks are dispatched by courier due to the sheer size of large orders.

UK DELIVERY FEE: £25 plus VAT charged as a flat rate.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY FEE: £70 flat rate (NO VAT).

Bespoke promotional Face Masks are printed-on-demand only after you have placed an order online or paid by BACS transfer. Delivery times may vary depending on our work-load & the time of year as indicated below.

Standard lead times for UK deliveries are as follows:

Wholesale Face Masks can take between 12 – 18 days to make depending on the quantity ordered. *Delivered by courier.

EU & International delivery

Delivery times vary from country to country, however as a guide, you can typically add an extra 3 – 5 working days to the delivery days stated above to calculate the shipping time frame. You will receive an email with a Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched.
