Bespoke Ceramic Mugs

Our bespoke promotional ceramic mugs are fully printed around the mug (minus handle area) with your own design for maximum exposure. The all-over printed classic mugs are made to order in the UK with a glossy finish that helps protect the print from losing its vibrancy.

Note: You can mix & match printed designs in the same order quantity which is a real benefit if you have different colourways or logos you need to use. The size of the printable area is 20cm x 9cm to base your design on.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS We recommend hand washing ceramic mugs to preserve the lovely printed glossy finish, however, they are dishwasher safe and have been tested.

MATERIAL, STYLE, SIZE & WEIGHT

• The mug is made from 400gm ceramic
• High gloss finish applied to protect the vibrant print
• Size; 9.4cm (h) x 8.1cm (dia) x 11cm (length including handle)
• Each mug packed in a cardboard box for safety in transit
• Edge to edge printed (except around and over the handle area)
• Digitally printed with dye sublimation.

We offer a standard flat rate Postage & Packaging fee on all bespoke printed mugs which means you won't pay extra for bulk wholesale order deliveries. Mugs are dispatched by an overnight courier due to the sheer weight.

UK DELIVERY FEE: £60 plus VAT charged as a flat rate.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY FEE: £100 flat rate (NO VAT).

Bespoke mugs are printed on-demand only after you have placed an order online or paid by BACS transfer. Delivery times may vary depending on our work-load & the time of year as indicated below.

Standard lead times for UK deliveries are as follows:

Wholesale printed mugs can take between 15 – 20 days to make depending on the quantity ordered. *Delivered by courier.

EU & International delivery

Delivery times vary from country to country, however as a guide, you can typically add an extra 3 – 5 working days to the delivery days stated above to calculate the shipping time frame. You will receive an email with a Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched.

Cautionary NOTE – Shipments outside of the UK may experience some delays due to COVID restrictions and customs clearance, which are beyond our control.
