We have a no minimum order policy. Unlike other badge companies we are experienced jewellers aswell as custom pin badge manufacturers, we have the capabilities to hand make a single logo into a custom lapel pin or pin badge from any precious metal to mass producing thousands of gift products and enamel badges in base metal with various quality plated finishes.

Yes. Our designers are willing to prepare a design proof for you to approve providing you are happy with our price quotation and the agreed production time scale we have given.

Yes. We are more than happy to make a sample product for you to approve the quality and overal look and feel. You will have to pay to have a sample custom made and a one off tooling charge or mould fee for the reproduction of you lapel pin will be applicable. The tool or mould fees for one off orders are £150, £75 is deducted from the the total price of any official order to compensate you for the mould & tooling fees.

Yes. We undertake all manner of jewellery making and manufacturing. We often make bespoke badges and keyrings for art deopartments of film companies and name necklaces for fashion shoots. You will be required to obtain written consent from Thomas Nayler if the jewellery we make is to be used for any commercial gains or publicity and a credit of our work will be required. We are happy for you to use our jewellery for advertising or commerical purposes aslong as we are allowed to display any images of celebrities wearing our jewellery online for our own online advertisment.

Our standard lead time is 8 - 10 days for small orders of 50 - 500 pin badges, 12 - 14 days for average size orders of 1000 - 4000 pin badges and pin badge orders over 5000 can take up to 21 days. The delivery lead time starts from once you have signed off a design proof and processed a BACS or card payment in full as cleared funds. During busy periods our prodcution and delivery times may vary and this will depend on the quantity, complexity and type of product ordered. Please contact us if you require any badges, clothing or merchandise to be custom made at short notice.

The difference in quality between a single handmade lapel pin and cast lapel pins is practically the same as cast pin badges are duplicated from a handcrafted prototype. Die struck lapel pin badges are made by a machine stamping a design directly into metal sheet, these products are hand finished so the quality remains very high, just without the handmade feel to them as every item is practically identical.

In our experience standard round lapel pin badges work best at 18mm - 25mm, custom shaped elongated badges sometimes benefit from being 28mm - 35mm depending on the proportions. We will always scale a design to the largest measurement from your logo design. Note: We can custom make any size pin badge you require, and the above are recommendations only.

We can use all materials, these include precious metals such as sterling silver, 9k, 18k yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, palladium and platinum. The base metal alloys we use for our enamel badges are brass, bronze, stainless steel, zinc, nickel. Please refer to our badge materials page for further details.

As standard our bespoke luxury jewellery and custom badges will be highly polished to perfection. We do offer brushed matt, satin, antique and textured finishes, please email your requirements for bespoke finishes. All fixings and fastenings used are made from the same quality metal and, or are plated to look the same as the product we make for your company to ensure you receive a luxury gift item. We do not compromise for light weight cheaper alternatives like alluminium which many badge companies do. 'After all we don't want you to think it came from a Christmas cracker or Kinder egg surprise.'

Yes. The idea is once you provide us with your design or logo we will prepare some art work based on your design which will show for example the parts of your logo that will be recessed, raised, 3D in form, pantone matching coloured enamel, along with all size dimensions for your approval. In some cases we may need to simplify some parts of small highly detailed designs to achieve a quality lapel pin and finish for you. 'We do not cut corners and our proud of our products'

Yes. Our graphic design team have the skills to create 3D reliefs on one side of a product from your flat 2D logo designs (half 3D) or we can make a full 3D model, most suitable for trophies, keyrings, etc. From the 3D design we will create a 3D wax model, then rubber mould in order to reproduce your branded merchandise from.

Any standard document will do such as a Jpeg, PDF, AI. We can even work from good quality screen grabs if needed or your own sketch. The higher quality the image the better for us to work from, however low res images will not effect the quality of your badge as we can trace outlines and vectorise them.

No. Founder of Bespoke Logos UK Thomas Nayler is a Hatton Garden trained goldsmith so can hand make one off unique more unusual pieces of jewellery for special occassions aswell as maufacturer large volumns of any given jewellery design you require. We include a free 2D or 3D image design service with all of our wholesale company merchandise aslong as you have negotiated a suitable price with us that you are content with beforehand, 'see it as a informal agreement'. Only if you require a handmade gift item or one off badge designed as a 3D CAD model we will charge a design fee between £100 - £200, this depends on how complex the jewellery design is.

Each gift product and badge design is unique therefore are best suited to one of the many different types of manufacturing techniques that we offer. We like to see how complex your logos design is before we commit to supplying you with a extremely competitive price for the job.

If for any reason and in the unlikely event you are not totally satified with the bespoke promotional products you receive we will make them all again for you at no extra cost until you are 100% happy! We do not offer payment refunds on bespoke items due to the nature of the manufacturing process, however our products quality is always guarateed and we will work with you to resolve any potencial issues.

We do offer a bespoke gift packaging and gift box service to compliment your existing branding & our merchandise. The idea is for you to able to present your luxury gift items to your employees or clients in branded packaging, the gift boxes and bags we supply can be hot silver, gold or colour hot foil printed with your logo.
