Bespoke Logos were extremely excited, proud and honoured to take part in the historical promotion of the Queens 90th birthday.
We mass produced a vast amount of these gold finished birthday badges for the Daily Mail’s newspaper competition, these brooch style birthday badges were given away to all readers and subscribers of the Mail On Sunday newspaper. The birthday event will be remembered forever by not just us but the whole nation and treasured as a special moment in history by our generation.
Did you know queen Elizabeth has two birthdays, her actual date of birth is on April 21st and is kept private, the official birthday known in the public eye is June 11th. The reason for this is I’m sure you will all relate to and understand is of course the weather in Britain is not very nice that time of year so it makes total sense to have your royal celebrations during a sunny summer’s day. Traditionally the day is celebrated with a military parade called “trooping the colour”on horses, this ceremony has been performed by the British and Commonwealth armies since the 17th century. After this a traditional ceremonial fly past takes place where aircrafts fly over Buckingham Palace for the royal family to indulge.
